Shipping Policy

At Monarch Times, we are dedicated to delivering your timepieces safely, securely, and as quickly as possible. We partner with India’s leading courier networks to ensure your package reaches you in perfect condition.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after payment or COD confirmation is verified.
Orders received before 2:00 PM are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends will be dispatched on the next working day.
You will receive a notification via email and SMS/WhatsApp as soon as your order is handed over to our courier partner.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery times depend on your location across India. Once your order is dispatched, the typical delivery timelines are as follows:

Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.)	2 to 4 business days
Rest of India (Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities)	4 to 7 business days
Special Regions (North-East, J&K, Remote Areas)	5 to 10 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays may occasionally occur due to extreme weather conditions, festive rushes, or unexpected courier service disruptions.

3. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping Threshold

Prepaid Orders: We offer Free Standard Shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat COD handling fee of ₹[Insert Amount, e.g., 50 or 99] applies to all COD orders to cover additional processing charges levied by our courier partners.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification

To ensure a high delivery success rate and minimize fraudulent orders, all COD orders go through a mandatory verification process.

After placing a COD order, you will receive a verification message via WhatsApp or a confirmation call from our team.
Your order will only be dispatched after successful verification. Unverified COD orders will be automatically canceled after 48 hours.

5. Order Tracking

Once your package is shipped, a unique tracking link and tracking number will be sent directly to your registered email (monarchtimes1@gmail.com) and via SMS/WhatsApp. You can monitor your shipment's progress in real-time using the link provided.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Transit Issues

Since watches are high-value items, we securely pack each order in robust, tamper-proof packaging.

Damaged Packets: If you receive a package that looks explicitly tampered with or severely damaged, do not accept the delivery from the courier executive.
Lost Packages: In the rare event that a package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours so we can initiate an immediate investigation with the courier company.
